I offer therapy face-to-face in Chislehurst, South East London, online and by telephone.

Some people prefer meeting in person. Having a regular space away from home, work and everyday demands can feel important. Others find online or telephone sessions fit more easily around work, family life and other commitments.  I've worked with clients in all three ways and, in my experience, what matters most isn't where we meet.   It's whether you feel comfortable enough to talk about what's going on.  If we work online, all you'll need is a quiet space where you won't be disturbed, a reliable internet connection and a device with a camera. Some clients join from home, some from work, and some sit in their car before heading back to the rest of their day.

Whether we're meeting in my therapy room, online or by telephone, my aim is the same: to offer a space where you don't have to have everything worked out before we begin.

I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation so we can get a sense of each other and whether working together feels right. There's no obligation, just the chance to have a conversation, ask any questions and see whether you'd feel comfortable working with me.
