About Me

After spending many years working in the finance sector within the City of London, I came to a realization I needed a change in order to achieve a better work-life balance and further explore my interest in human communication and personal development.  I chose to retrain to become a Psychotherapist. 

In my therapy sessions, clients often express feelings of being stagnant, dissatisfied, or disoriented. Through therapy, we work together to facilitate positive transformations and help you reconnect with your true self, allowing you to break free from any long-standing barriers and beliefs about your life.

I tailor my approach to therapy to meet the specific needs of each individual client, providing a diverse range of therapeutic techniques. My clients span a wide demographic, ranging from children to older adults, each with their own unique life experiences to share.  Additionally, I offer therapeutic services to companies and organizations for their employees.    I am also registered to accept BUPA, AXA, Vitality and Aviva private health clients.

As a Clinical Supervisor, I offer a supportive and secure space for therapists to reflect on their work and ensure they deliver the highest quality service to their clients. I strongly believe in fostering a positive and collaborative environment for both therapists and clients to learn and thrive through transparent communication and cooperation in clinical supervision.
